Timelines: We commit to realistic timelines. If delays occur on either side, we communicate openly and adjust accordingly.
Limitations: Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service. We are not responsible for indirect damages or losses beyond our direct service scope.
Disputes: We prefer resolution through direct dialogue. If needed, disputes are governed by French law and subject to the jurisdiction of Saint-Ouen-sur-Seine courts.
Formal Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging the services of CreativeVisionWork, 93400, 7 Rue des Entrepreneurs, Saint-Ouen-sur-Seine, France, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not engage our services.
2. Scope of Services
CreativeVisionWork provides creative direction, brand vision consulting, visual identity development, and related creative services as defined in individual project agreements or statements of work.
3. Intellectual Property
All creative deliverables, designs, concepts, and materials produced by CreativeVisionWork remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, a non-exclusive, perpetual license is transferred to the client for the agreed purpose. Pre-existing intellectual property remains with its original owner.
4. Payment Terms
Invoices are payable within 14 days of issuance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments incur a 1.5% monthly interest rate. CreativeVisionWork reserves the right to suspend services for overdue payments.
5. Project Timelines
Timelines are estimates provided in good faith. CreativeVisionWork is not liable for delays caused by the client's failure to provide required materials, feedback, or approvals within agreed timeframes.
6. Limitation of Liability
CreativeVisionWork's total liability under any engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the agreement for a period of 24 months.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate with 14 days' written notice. Upon termination, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date. Non-refundable deposits are applied to work performed.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by French law. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Saint-Ouen-sur-Seine, France.

Deposit is non-refundable: The initial deposit secures your slot in our production schedule and covers upfront creative planning. It cannot be refunded once work has commenced.
Milestone-based refunds: If you cancel mid-project, you are entitled to a refund for any milestone payments made for work not yet delivered or approved.
Retainer cancellation: Monthly retainers can be cancelled with 14 days' notice. The current billing period is non-refundable, but no further charges will apply.
Disputes: If you are dissatisfied with deliverables, we will work with you to reach a fair resolution before any refund is processed.
Formal Refund Policy
1. Scope
This Refund Policy applies to all services provided by CreativeVisionWork, 93400, 7 Rue des Entrepreneurs, Saint-Ouen-sur-Seine, France, including one-time projects, creative consulting engagements, and monthly retainer services.
2. Deposits
Initial deposits are non-refundable once creative work has commenced. The deposit secures project scheduling and covers preliminary creative planning, research, and resource allocation.
3. Project Milestones
For milestone-based engagements, clients may request a refund for any milestone payment corresponding to work that has not yet been delivered or formally approved. Approved milestones are non-refundable.
4. Retainer Services
Monthly retainer services may be cancelled with 14 days' written notice. The current billing period is non-refundable. No further charges will be incurred after the effective cancellation date.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days using the original payment method. Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis after review of project status and deliverable completion.
6. Dispute Resolution
Clients are encouraged to contact CreativeVisionWork directly to resolve any dissatisfaction before initiating a formal refund request. We are committed to fair resolution through direct communication.
7. Governing Law
This Refund Policy is governed by French consumer protection law and the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU) where applicable.
